People who perform computer work throughout their day often complain of NECK PAIN.
One simple step can go along way to preventing the neck pain and headaches that are associated with it: sit side onto your desk and swing your arm held a 90degrees at the elbow. If your arm (elbow) hits the desk you need to lower the desk or increase the height of your chair. By relaxing your shoulder you will decrease the tension in your neck.
